HVAC Service Agreements

Anderson Mechanical HVAC Service Agreements

Your HVAC system is a significant investment. Any performance issues with your system can impact your business with increased energy costs and expensive repairs. The smart option for most property owners is to enter into a service contract with a qualified HVAC contractor.

The typical service contract involves paying a monthly retainer fee to a technician or company to routinely test, service, maintain, and repair your building's heating and cooling systems. When you sign a service contract, you are locked into working with and paying your vendor for a fixed period, typically a year or more.

If you are dissatisfied with the level of service for any reason or your business situation changes, you are still obligated to pay the monthly fee until the end of the term. Some service contracts allow you to terminate the agreement before the term. However, you may need to pay a large fee for the privilege.

Why An HVAC Service Agreement Makes More Sense

Here at Gary Anderson Mechanical Services, we don't have service contracts. We offer service agreements. The difference is that we don't lock you into a long-term commitment. Our service agreements are open-ended. If you are unhappy with our service, let us know, and walk away with no penalty for early termination.

You are never locked into a contract.

We build service agreements to fit tenant requirements or your company's specific needs. We work closely with you to craft an agreement that accounts for the mechanical equipment you currently have, how often you want us on site, and what level of service (repairs, annual maintenance) you need.

Whether you utilize our services once a year or monthly, we can custom-build a plan to meet your specific needs. If you need a replacement guarantee, we offer that option. If you have multiple properties, we can build an agreement to cover them all. We also offer umbrella agreements that cover all repairs, maintenance, and even equipment replacement if necessary.

With a Gary Anderson HVAC Service Agreement, your property is covered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year!
